Kovid-19: Routine surgery banned in LNJP and GTB Hospital

New Delhi : The cases of Kovid-19 are increasing rapidly in Delhi. In the last 24 hours, in the cases of Kovid-19, all the records of Delhi have been broken so far. Today 28,867 cases of Kovid-19 have been registered in Delhi. In view of the increasing cases of Kovid-19, the Delhi Government has banned routine surgery in Loknayak Jaiprakash (LNJP) Hospital and Guru Tegh Bahadur (GTB Hospital) Hospital (routine surgery in lnjp and gtb hospitals is restricted). Let us inform that the Directorate of Health and Family Welfare has issued an order in this regard.

Let us inform that in the order issued by the Health Department of Delhi Government, it has been said that in view of the increasing cases of covid-19, routine and elective surgery should be done in Loknayak Jaiprakash Hospital and Guru Tegh Bahadur Hospital. Suspended till further orders.

Let us inform that there have been 28,867 cases of Kovid-19 in Delhi today, which is the highest ever. Earlier, 28,395 cases had come to Delhi in April last year. At the same time, the infection rate has reached 29.21 percent, whereas on May 3 last year, the infection rate was recorded at 29.55 percent.
