Khaps of Haryana fully supported the peaceful movement of farmers

The selected committee of various Khaps of Haryana has announced that if the government tries to suppress the agitation being carried out by the farmer organizations in Haryana for their legitimate demands, then on behalf of all the Khaps, they will stand shoulder to shoulder with the farmers and stop every agitation. Full support will be given. In this regard, the selected committee of various Khaps held a meeting in Jat Dharamshala on Tuesday. Addressing the press conference after the meeting, chief representative of Maham Chaubisi Khap Ramphal Rathi, Shamsher Singh Nambardar from Poonia Khap, Jaipal Dahiya from Dahiya Khap, Balwan Malik from Saat Bas Khap, Omprakash Kandela from Kandela Khap, Satish Chairman from Satrol Khap, Virendra Bamal, head of Satrol Khap Tapa Bas, Krishna Nehra from Nehra Khap, Phogat Khap. Suresh Phogat, Umed Sarpanch from Kundu Khap etc. said that farmers have been agitating for a long time for MSP and other demands.

Farmers have been stopped at Khanauri and Shambhu border since last 13th February. Innumerable farmers have been sitting on dharna at the spot since that very day and on 6th December, farmers will march towards Delhi from Shambhu border under discipline. Farmer leader Jagjit Singh Dalewal is on death row at Khanauri border for the last eight days. Farmer leaders have demanded from the government to stop the atrocities on the farmers who are protesting peacefully and not to stop the farmers going to Delhi under any circumstances. Representatives of all the Khaps have warned the government that if any attempt is made to commit any atrocities against the farmer brothers, then all the Khaps of Haryana will take to the streets with the farmers. While calling upon the farmer organizations and the general public, Khap representatives said that the real face of Tikait brothers and Yashpal Malik had come to light in the Khiladi movement and Jat reservation movement and both of them had turned out to be agents of BJP. Apart from this, the Khaps warned those demanding creation of Jat land and said that there is brotherhood of 36 communities here. Such petty actions serve to divide the society. The Khaps rejected such demand. He requested the society not to fall prey to such propaganda.
