According to the report, this happened due to the update of antivirus 'Crowdstrike'. Its effect was also seen in Chhattisgarh. Due to Microsoft error, 6 flights flying from Swami Vivekanand Airport of Raipur have been cancelled. Due to this, passengers are facing big problems.

The airline counter was crowded with worried passengers. Passengers and airline people were stuck in a dilemma. Crowds of passengers were seen outside Swami Vivekanand Airport. The server being down has affected the air traffic. 6 flights coming to Raipur have been cancelled. All these flights are of Indigo. Flights to Kolkata, Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad have been cancelled. Indigo said through a tweet that our systems are currently affected by the Microsoft outage, which is affecting other companies as well. Booking, check-in, access to boarding passes and some flights may be affected at this time.

Similarly, SpiceJet also tweeted that we are currently experiencing technical challenges with our service provider, affecting online services such as booking, check-in, and booking management functionalities. As a result, we have activated manual check-in and boarding processes at airports. We request passengers with upcoming travel plans to reach the airport earlier than usual to complete check-in at our counters.
