Dudhi is a vegetable which is available in every season. Even now you will get milk easily. Apart from being delicious in taste, it is also good for health because it also includes pulses and rice. The name Handvo suggests that it will take more effort to make but it is not so. Material

1 small milk

-1 spoon urad dal

-1 spoon gram dal

– 3 tbsp chopped coriander

-3 cups buttermilk

-3 teaspoons soda per carb

-1 teaspoon cumin

-1 teaspoon mustard

-3 to 4 chopped green chillies

-4 to 5 tbsp oil

– salt to taste

-1 cup yellow moong dal

-1 cup rice

– Take buttermilk in a big vessel. – Add salt, soda, ground rice and moong dal to it, mix well and leave it to ferment for 6-7 hours. Grate the curd and remove excess water from it. Add green coriander and green chillies in it. Heat oil in a pan. – Mix urad dal and gram dal in it. When the lentils are roasted, add kheer to it. – Now keep it in a smooth, big and deep vessel. Put the remaining masala on top. Now keep this mixture in a hot oven at 280 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes. Then cook for 40 minutes. – Now cut it into pieces and serve hot.
