If you feel like eating something sweet then make Semolina Rasgullas at home like this!

Many people like sweets very much. In such a situation, if you are looking for a sweet dish which can be prepared in a very short time, then you can make Semolina Rasgullas. This is a great option as a dessert. These are less sweet and are prepared quickly. So let's know about its recipe.

Material

Semolina – 1 cup

Milk – 1 big bowl

Desi Ghee – 2 tbsp

Sugar – 3 tbsp

Dry fruits – half cup finely chopped

Method

– To make Semolina Rasgullas, mix sugar in milk in a pan on low flame and let it boil.

– When it becomes hot, add semolina inside it and keep stirring slowly, so that lumps do not form.

– Keep stirring this mixture until the semolina becomes thick.

– After this let it cool and flatten it with hands. – After this add dry fruits to it.

– Now make syrup by mixing water and sugar and add rasgullas to it and cook.

– Now add dry fruits and saffron to it and serve.
