One such inspirational story is Ritwik Verma, who again prepared for UPSC during the difficult training of Indian Police Service, ie IPS and realized his dream of becoming Indian Administrative Service অর্থাৎ IAS. Rovik Verma had passed the UPSC exam in his first attempt and was selected for IPS. After this, he was undergoing training at Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy in Hyderabad. The training of IPS is physically and mentally extremely rigid and demanding time, in which the time from morning to late night is busy. Amidst such a challenging routine, it seems almost impossible to take time to prepare for another exam, but the goal of serving the country was clear in Ritwik’s mind. He accepted this impossible looking challenge. He cut his sleep and comfort by presenting his best example of his training and utilized every empty moment. This extraordinary hard work and determination brought color when he again took the UPSC exam and fulfilled his dream of becoming an IAS officer by achieving a great rank this time. This story of Ritwik Verma is an example for all the youth who withdraw from their goals by making excuses for difficult situations. His journey teaches that if the intentions are strong and the goals are clear then no challenge is big and any dream can be realized by hard work and dedication.
