She says, “I start my day with soaked dry fruits. Then I drink cumin water or coconut water. On the set, I take breakfast like Poha, Upat, Idli or Omelet Bread. Then I eat some fruit – orange, apple, melon, watermelon or kiwi.”

After breakfast, she eats salad between 11 am and 12:30 pm and then lunch in the afternoon. Lunch includes a bread, vegetables and yogurt. Sometimes I also eat dal khichdi, that too with Indrayani rice. After lunch, she eats Makhana, gram-gungfali laddus or dry fruits laddus till sunset. She does not eat anything after sunset. “Our digestion slows down after sunset, so we should avoid having food after that time.”

Their daily water-friend habits are also notable. She drinks about 2.5 to 3 liters of water per day, which is necessary for the supply of water through sweat in the body. Especially in summer, she insists on drinking buttermilk and vegetable water, which are helpful in keeping the body cool and maintaining digestion.
