1 cup poha (soaked softened), 1/4 cup green peas (boiled), 2 boiled and mashed potatoes, 1 onion (chopped), 1/2 tsp red chili powder, garam masala powder, black pepper Powder, cumin and chaat masala, 2 tbsp coriander (finely chopped), a piece of ginger (grated), 2 green chillies (finely chopped), 1 carrot (grated), salt to taste, 2-3 tablespoon cornflour, oil for frying
Mash the soaked poha well with your hands.
Now add green peas, mashed potatoes, onion, green coriander, carrot, green chili, ginger, all spices, cornflour and salt and mix it well.
Make cutlets by applying lubricant on the hands.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry these cutlets till they turn golden.
Serve with green chutney or tomato sauce.
