Shimla (ANI): Former Chief Minister and Leader of Opposition Jai Ram Thakur on Tuesday donated Rs 13.80 lakh towards the Disaster Relief Fund to Chief Minister Thakur Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu on behalf of all BJP MLAs in Shimla.
