  • 2 cups curd
  • 3 spoons boiled beetroot
  • 1 tbsp cucumber
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 teaspoon coriander


– Take a bowl and beat curd in it. – Now add boiled beetroot to it. Mix both the ingredients together and mix. – Take it out in a bowl and now add cucumber and onion to it and mix. Mix salt in it. – Now add green coriander to it. Now your raita is ready to serve.
