Western countries are trying their best to save Ukraine, which is retreating against Russia, from defeat at any cost.
Ukrainian President Zelensky now has the support of France and Germany through a security agreement. This agreement is being considered important because on February 28, two years of war between Russia and Ukraine are being completed.
France and Germany have decided to help Ukraine not to lose this war. Both countries have signed a 10-year security agreement with Ukraine. Zelensky visited Paris and was warmly welcomed by French President Macron. Under the security agreement with France, France will provide $3.2 billion in military aid to Ukraine. Which will be the biggest aid ever given by France since the beginning of the war.
Macron said that a war against Russia would be decisive for Europe's interests, Europe's values and Europe's security.
Earlier, Zelensky had met Chancellor Olaf Scholz in Germany. Scholz announced that Germany was providing $1.2 billion in military aid to Ukraine, including 36 howitzers, 1.20 million cannon balls, two air defense systems.
