LPG Price: Lok Sabha elections are going to be held in the country and assembly elections in some states in the coming few months. Many important announcements are also being made by different governments regarding this. Gas cylinder is needed in every house. Meanwhile, ahead of the upcoming assembly elections, the BJP government of Madhya Pradesh has announced to provide LPG cylinders at a concessional rate of Rs 450 under the Ujjwala Yojana and Laadli Brahman Yojana.
The remaining cost of the gas cylinder will be borne by the BJP ruled state government. To avail the subsidy, gas connection holders will have to purchase gas cylinders at market price. Later the remaining amount of subsidy will be transferred to the bank account of the gas connection holders. It has been said in the government order that consumers who want to take advantage of this process will have to buy cylinders at market rates. Along with this, the subsidy given by the Government of India and any reduction in the market rate determined by the State Government will be transferred to the bank accounts of the consumers.
However, if there is any fluctuation in prices in future, the state subsidy will be adjusted accordingly. Let us tell you that the announcement of reduction in LPG gas cylinder rate was made a day before PM Modi’s visit to Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. Apart from this, those Ladli Brahmins who already have gas connection will be registered on the Ladli Brahmin Yojana portal. They can also be beneficiaries of Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana. According to the government order, the registration process will be conducted at all the centers designated for Ladli Brahmin Scheme.

Registration ID for Ladli Brahman Scheme will be generated on the basis of data received from all the oil companies to identify the beneficiaries under this scheme.
