Prayagraj, 11 August (HS). A meeting was held on Sunday in the BJP office Civil Line regarding the Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan. In the meeting of the councilors of the Bharatiya Janata Party Metropolitan, Mayor Ganesh Kesarwani said that the Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan, which was started from the Amrit Kaal Mahotsav of Independence under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, is not just a campaign but has now become a national festival. Which the Bharatiya Janata Party is going to celebrate from 13 to 15 August this year too.
Addressing the councillors, he said that under the Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan, all the councillors should coordinate with the divisional and ward level workers in their wards as per the program set by the party and contact every house in their wards and get the tricolor installed. Pay tribute to all the revolutionaries and great men by garlanding their statues and running a cleanliness campaign.
Metropolitan President Rajendra Mishra said that make the program successful by participating in the Bharat Vibhishika Smriti Lecture Series and Padyatra, scheduled by the party on 14 August. On 15 August, flag hoisting program is to be organized in each of our wards and the tricolor flag will fly with pride in every house, we have to make this goal successful.
District spokesperson Rajesh Kesarwani said that the Bharatiya Janata Party has set a target of installing 2 lakh flags in Prayagraj metropolis. Regional vice president Awadhesh Chandra Gupta, BJP councilor group's chief whip Kiran Jaiswal, Varun Kesarwani, Ramesh Pasi, Vivek Mishra, Girijesh Mishra, Rajan Shukla, divisional president Vijay Srivastava and all BJP councilors were present in the meeting.
