Ahmedabad: The mutual fund industry has created a new record in September. Investment through Systematic Investment Plan i.e. SIP has created a new record. In the last one month the highest amount was Rs. An investment of Rs 24,509 crore has been made through SIP.
Total Rs. Rs 34,419.26 crore has been invested, while debt funds have received a record Rs. Rs 1,13,833.95 crore has been withdrawn. Investment of Rs 4901.05 crore came in hybrid schemes. The total assets of the mutual fund industry, i.e. assets under management, increased by 0.58% in September to cross Rs 67.09 lakh crore.
Equity funds saw inflows of Rs 34,419 crore in September, according to Amfi data. Sectoral Fund Rs. Investments stood at Rs 13,254 crore, while small cap funds saw a total investment of Rs 3,070.84 crore. Apart from this, there was an inflow of Rs 3,130.42 crore in midcap funds. Rs 3598.09 crore in large and midcap funds, Rs 3598.09 crore in largecap funds. 1769.42 crore, multicap fund has Rs. 3508.88 crore and flexicap fund of Rs. An investment of Rs 3214.57 crore was made.
27 new NFOs arrived in September
27 new funds i.e. NFOs were launched in September. It includes 1 debt scheme, 7 equity schemes, 2 hybrid schemes and 13 index and 4 ETF schemes. Through these 27 NFOs Rs. A total fund of Rs 14,575 crore was raised.
