Fed up with the movement of trucks, people protested and blocked the road.

Jawali. VFed up with the movement of four-lane and trucks of crusher operators on the Kotla-Budded road in Kotla belt under Dhansabha constituency Jawali, Yuva Mandal, Mahila Mandal and local residents closed the road on Tuesday and also expressed their anger. People said that overloaded trucks ply on this route day and night, due to which the condition of the road has become very bad.

Villagers said that due to the movement of trucks and crusher trucks of the four-lane construction company, our road has been spoiled, while the clouds of flying dust are entering the adjacent houses, due to which there is a danger of diseases. He told that this road is a general public road, in which small children play in the adjacent park. There is only jeep road and trucks come and go very fast, due to which any untoward incident can happen.

He told that SDM Jawali, Panchayat Pradhan, Police Post Kotla, Public Works Department Kotla and Four Lane Office Kotla have also been informed about this, but no action has been taken till date. He told that an ultimatum till October 2 was given to solve this problem, but no solution to the problem was found. Eventually the villagers got fed up and blocked the road and sat on strike. He has demanded that the Kotla-Budd road should be repaired and a separate road should be constructed from Dehar Khad for the movement of trucks.
