Kawardha: Collector Janmejay Mahobe and Superintendent of Police Dr. Abhishek Pallav jointly inspected the new agricultural produce market complex in connection with the preparations for the upcoming assembly elections. The Collector has directed the Public Works Department and Agricultural Produce Market Secretary to ensure all necessary preparations for the preparations for the Assembly elections.
Collector Shri Mahobe, while directing the officials of both the departments, said that all the important work related to the assembly elections is done from the new agricultural produce market complex itself. Therefore, complete all the important preparations required quickly.
It is noteworthy that Kabirdham district has two assembly constituencies, Pandariya assembly constituency number 71 and Kawardha assembly constituency number 72. Distribution of polling party material in these two assembly constituencies, departure of polling party, strongroom of both the assembly constituencies, counting room, and monitoring room of the observer appointed by the Election Commission of India, monitoring room of the District Election Officer, CCTV room, room of security officers. And the entire arrangement for the stay of security personnel engaged in law and order is made in this new agricultural produce market complex. As per the compliance of the Election Commission of India and the instructions of the Chief Electoral Officer, Chhattisgarh Raipur, this time also the Agricultural Produce Market complex has been selected by the Collector and District Election Officer for all the important necessary work of the upcoming assembly elections.
Collector Shri Mahobe has instructed the Executive Engineer of the Public Works Department and the Agricultural Produce Market Secretary to make all the necessary preparations within the time limit. On this occasion, Kawardha SDM Shri PC Kori, Upazila Election Officer Shri Rituraj Bisen and other administrative officers were present.
