Australia, who lost the toss and came to bat first, scored 193 runs for 6 wickets in 20 overs thanks to Jake Fraser-McGurk's (50) first half-century and Josh Inglis' quick innings of 42 runs in 26 balls. Apart from these two, Matthew Short scored 28 and captain Travis Head scored 31 runs. In the end, Aaron Hardy played a quick innings of 20 runs in 9 balls. For England, Livingstone and Brendan Carse took 2-2 wickets and Sam Curran, Adil Rashid took 1-1 wickets.
