Israel and USA Presidents move for Hamas war: US President Joe Biden has expressed his displeasure in a conversation with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu over the killing of Hamas political bureau chief Ismail Haniyeh in the Iranian capital Tehran.
Media sources reported that in a telephone conversation, Biden angrily told Netanyahu, 'Stop talking to me. Don't be foolish, don't underestimate the President.' On the other hand, Benjamin Netanyahu has suggested that Israel is moving to negotiate a ceasefire agreement with Hamas instead of hostages, and will soon send a delegation of its own.
Fear of war between Israel and Iran again
Biden's comments were in the context of Israel-US cooperation amid fears of war with Iran and its backed groups (Hezbollah and Houthis). President Biden attempted to thwart Iran's missile and drone attacks on Israel on the night of April 13-14. Iran is now moving forward vowing revenge after Israel killed several Hamas leaders.
After Biden's phone conversation with Netanyahu, the Israeli Prime Minister's Office issued an official statement. In which it was said that the Prime Minister cannot interfere in American politics. Whoever is appointed President will work with Israel. Also, Americans are expected not to interfere in Israel's affairs. It is worth noting that President Joe Biden's decision to withdraw from the US presidential election race is encouraging Netanyahu to take tough action against Iran.
Biden was advised not to take an aggressive stance
In a media report, an official said that Biden is not going to react strongly to Netanyahu's attack on Iran. Iran will take advantage of the US presidential election to attack and provoke Israel. But now that Biden is out of the presidential race, he is taking the steps he thinks are appropriate. America has had an agenda of giving full support to Israel for years. America has built its huge warships in the Middle East. It is fully equipped to support Israel.
