Kanpur, August 10 (HS). In view of the increasing cyber crime in the country, CSJM University has launched a cyber security program in collaboration with IIT Kanpur. More than 1.5 lakh students will be benefited in the first phase of this program. This course has been prepared in Hindi language. This is the first time that IIT Kanpur has started such a course in collaboration with any university.
Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University (CSJMU) Kanpur and C3I Hub IIT Kanpur and Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj Innovation Foundation have jointly launched a cyber security program for students. On Saturday, in the first phase, Professor Manindra Agarwal, Director of IIT Kanpur and Professor Vinay Kumar Pathak, Vice Chancellor of Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University Kanpur, launched it. Through this business module, an environment of economic progress will be created in all the institutions working in the country which is safe, alert, inclusive and helpful in taking the country forward on the path of progress.
It is worth mentioning that C3IHub IIT Kanpur is a leading research, teaching and coordination institute established to make the entire nation cyber safe and to secure its own economic prosperity as well as that of the society and the nation. By teaching the basic technical and practical knowledge of cyber security, students will be prepared as cyber professionals on a large scale. Through this, such soldiers will be prepared for the progress of the country who will make the country prosperous by implementing the digitalization program in a safe manner.
IIT Director Professor Manindra Agarwal also made the entire society aware of the increasing threat of cyber crimes, the harm being caused to society and the violation of privacy. He encouraged a large number of students to study together. CSJM University Vice Chancellor Professor Vinay Kumar Pathak said that this is a unique initiative to prepare the entire syllabus of the course in Hindi language.
