Raipur, 19 September (HS). BJP is doing low level politics regarding PSC. State Congress Communication Department President Sushil Anand Shukla said that the BJP, perturbed by the recruitment of more than 80 thousand government jobs in various departments in 5 years by the Bhupesh government, is venting its anger by raising questions on the recruitment system. BJP, which is suffering from lack of issues against the Congress government, is working to tarnish the image of the State Public Service Commission. To run its political shop, BJP is creating an atmosphere of confusion in the state by making false allegations against the trusted organization of the youth of the state. After the formation of the Congress government, the government has made concrete arrangements to maintain the transparency, timeliness and impartiality of the PSC.
Sushil Anand Shukla said that Chhattisgarh State Public Service Commission is a constitutional agency, it is an autonomous institution. The responsibility of maintaining the impartiality and credibility of constitutional institutions in accordance with the dignity and dignity of constitutional institutions has always been the top priority in the Congress government. There has been no direct interference of the state government in the recruitment, examination and selection process. Political use of constitutional institutions, central investigative agencies and even Raj Bhavan is the character of the Bharatiya Janata Party.
State Congress Communication Department Chairman Sushil Anand Shukla said that the people of Chhattisgarh have also suffered 15 years of misrule under Raman Raj. The PSC recruitment scam in 2003 and 2005 during the Raman government is also well known. In the 2003 case, while hearing the complaint of the candidates, the Bilaspur High Court had said in its decision that corruption and irregularities in the said recruitment were clearly visible during the Raman government, regarding the conspiratorial irregularities in the investigation and scaling, the High Court had Strong comments were made and that list was canceled and orders were given to re-check the anthropology copies and re-scaling and issue a new list. During the investigation of the said recruitment during the Raman government, it was also found that to oblige some candidate, copies were checked on the basis of integer marks of 50 marks and on the basis of integer marks of 75 marks, to oblige someone else. In the PSC recruitment case of 2005, a case was registered against all the selected officers under serious sections. The then Chairman of PSC Ashok Darbari was suspended, the then Chief Justice of Bilaspur High Court had canceled the entire appointment list, but with the connivance of Raman Sarkar, that list was restored by the Supreme Court. Even today the 2005 case is pending in the court. It was the character of the Raman government to strangle the rights and interests of the local youth.
State Congress Communication Department Chairman Sushil Anand Shukla said that during the misrule of Raman Singh, PSC recruitment was canceled 6 times in 15 years and recruitment could be done only 9 times. The BJP government kept selling the youth’s right to employment in government jobs by outsourcing it and today, when under the Bhupesh government, there are opportunities for recruitment to regular posts in government jobs, there is enthusiasm among the youth, then the issue-less BJP people are making unrestrained statements only for political gains. They are not failing to defame even the constitutional institutions.
