Many times they get wet in the rain due to which they get infected and fall ill. Children can suffer the most from problems like pneumonia, cold, cough, chest infection etc. So let us know how to keep children healthy in this changing weather.

Take special care of your immunity
In this season, not only children but also adults should take special care of their immune system, because a strong immune system helps protect the body from many types of infections. Give children a healthy diet to increase their immunity. Include fruits, vegetables and legumes in their diet for essential vitamins and minerals.

Wear clean clothes
Choose appropriate undergarments for children in monsoon. Dress your child in cotton and comfortable clothes in every season. Cotton clothes absorb moisture well. One thing to keep in mind is that the undergarments should be clean. Apart from this, advise children to change their underwear regularly. Change children's underwear every 3 months and choose new undergarments.

Keep the body dry
Avoid making children wear wet clothes. Try to keep their skin dry in monsoon. If children get wet in the rain, change their clothes immediately. In this way you can protect children from bacterial and fungal infections. Try to keep the skin of children's feet dry in the rain. For this, wear boots for them.
