Apart from him, Punjab Governor and Chandigarh Administrator Gulab Chand Kataria will also participate in the program. Chandigarh Police and administration officials are busy making special arrangements in this regard. DGP Surinder Singh Yadav himself has visited the venue. Other senior officers of the police department were also present with him.
2500 soldiers will handle security arrangements

Meanwhile, the Punjab and Haryana High Court on Friday approved Punjabi singer and actor Diljit Dusanjh’s concert to be held at the Sector-34 Exhibition Ground in Chandigarh on Saturday.
With what conditions permission given
The High Court gave this permission on the condition that the noise level at the venue should not exceed 75 decibels. Appropriate action will be taken against the management for violation of this condition. The next hearing of the case will be on December 18 and a status report will be filed in the court.
A division bench of Chief Justice Sheel Nagu and Justice Anil Kshetrapal ordered that the noise level at the venue should not exceed 75 decibels. If the noise level exceeds this, the concerned authorities will take action against the organizers under the Noise Pollution (Regulation and Control) Rules 2000. The High Court has ordered that the concert should end before 10 pm.
