Lucknow, 12th September (HS). In the cabinet meeting held on Thursday under the chairmanship of the Chief Minister, both the Deputy Chief Ministers, Ministers, State Ministers (Self-P), State Ministers have been assigned the responsibility of their new charge districts. The Chief Minister has also assigned the responsibility to himself and the two Deputy Chief Ministers along with him to review 25-25 districts. In this, the charge of the districts will keep changing on rotation of 4-4 months.

The Chief Minister has urged all the cabinet members to maintain mutual coordination and take the organization along. Necessary instructions have been given to take the government's public welfare policies and schemes to the public.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that the Swachhata Abhiyan is to be launched on 17 September on the occasion of the Prime Minister's birthday. All the ministers in charge will ensure participation in this program in the districts under their charge. Everyone will have to make collective efforts to make this Swachhata Abhiyan a mass movement.

As ministers in charge of the district, the ministers will visit the district in their charge for 24 hours at least once every month.

The Minister-in-Charge will discuss the issues related to governance with the core committee and will prepare a detailed report and present it to the concerned department and the Chief Minister’s office every month.

There should be a meeting with one of the respected enlightened citizens of the district, religious leaders, progressive farmers, social leaders including business organizations in each visit.

He said that in the district review meeting, public complaints are expected to be resolved on the basis of merit. Issues related to law and security, issues related to the revenue department such as inheritance, measurement, transfer, land use including IGRS, CM helpline etc. should be reviewed and resolved on the basis of merit. A detailed report of its review should be compulsorily sent to the Chief Minister's office and the concerned department.

The development projects and public welfare schemes of the Central and State governments should also be physically verified during the visit at the local level.

The Chief Minister said that physical inspection of any one of the destitute cow shelters, village secretariat, purchase center, fair price shop, agricultural science center is expected to be done during the visit.

On-site inspection of the work of Atal Residential School, Primary School, Schools, Government Colleges, Kasturba Gandhi Universities/Colleges under construction, review of operation of Polytechnic/ITI should be done.

He said that there should be a discussion on promotion and promotion by exploring the possibilities of local tourism development. The investment proposals received in the district should be reviewed and discussed with entrepreneur friends and local bankers.

Meeting with the district administration and police administration regarding traffic problems in the district. Review the measures for road safety in the district. Aspirational development blocks must be reviewed in the district review meeting.

The Chief Minister said that inspection of Primary Health Centre, Community Health Centre, District Hospital, Medical College and review of programmes. Ayushman Card, availability of medicines, availability of doctors and paramedical staff in hospitals. It is necessary to inspect the operation of Anganwadi centres, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana and Chief Minister Awas Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Gramin Sadak Yojana, construction of village secretariats, presence of personnel posted in the village etc.
