Case filed against a businessman accused of breaking the seal of MDA and constructing a complex

A case has been registered on Saturday against Chandausi resident businessman Pradeep Varshney, accused of breaking the seal of Moradabad Development Authority (MDA) and constructing a complex near Saroj Cinema in the Sadar Kotwali area of ​​the city. This action has been taken on the complaint of the MDA secretary.

In the complaint given to the Sadar Kotwali police station, the MDA secretary said that Pradeep Varshney is constructing a complex on a plot of land of about two thousand square meters near Saroj Cinema in front of Hotel Grand in Budh Bazaar. The junior engineer of MDA had visited the construction site with his team and investigated. When the team asked for the map issued by the MDA, the businessman could not show anything. On June 19, the building was sealed for illegal construction without getting the map passed. It is alleged that illegal construction work is going on by breaking the seal.
