Bundelas performed the historic Garakhgiri Parikrama with reverence

Mahoba, June 22 (HS). On the auspicious occasion of Poornima, the devotees performed the Parikrama of the historic Gorakhgiri on Saturday with reverence, devotion and Ramdhun. The Parikrama started from the Shiv Tandav temple and passed through Pathwa's Bal Hanuman temple, Ram Janaki temple, Kabir Ashram, Kali Mata, Chhoti Chandrika Mata, Ram Darbar, Police Line, Nagauria temple, Balaji temple, Kaal Bhairav ​​temple and ended at Shiv Tandav.

The devotees performed Parikrama of the Gorakhgiri mountain located at the district headquarters with devotion on Saturday. After the Parikrama, Bhajans, Kirtans and Satsangs were held in the Shiv Tandava premises. In the Satsang, social worker Shivkumar Goswami said that in Kaliyug, Ram's name helps in overcoming fear. Former spokesperson of Veerbhoomi Mahavidyalaya Dr LC Anuragi said that during the 14 year exile in Gorakhgiri, Rama, Lakhan and Sita came to this mountain, and due to the Lord's feet falling on this mountain, this mountain has become a wish-fulfilling mountain like Kamadgiri.

Avdhesh Tiwari, while explaining the 10th verse of the 12th chapter of Shrimad Bhagwat, Bhakti Yoga, said that God gives knowledge to those who are constantly engaged in serving God with love. Through which the creature can reach God. He said that this verse should be memorized by the devotees – 'Teshaam Satat Yuktaanaam Bhajatan Preeti Poorvakam. Dadami Buddhiyog Tam Yen Mamupyanti Te. Devotees Ashish Purwar, Harishankar Nayak, Gauri Shankar Koshta, Rakesh Chaurasia, Pappu Sen, Parshuram Anurag, Santosh, Chandrabhan Shrivas, Bahadur Anurag, Vinod etc. were present. After the parikrama, prasad was distributed and slogans of Guru Gorakhnath were raised.
