A very big and good news is coming for the youth of Jharkhand and the candidates looking for employment. Chief Minister Hemant Soren held a high-level review meeting of the Women, Child Development and Social Security Department at the Jharkhand Ministry (Project Bhawan) on Tuesday. In this meeting, the CM, while taking stock of the work progress of the department, has given strict instructions to the officers to fill the vacant posts in ‘mission mode’.
The Chief Minister clearly said that the recruitment process should be expedited to fill all the vacant posts under the department, so that along with providing employment to the youth, public welfare schemes can also be operated in a better way.

During the meeting, the officials informed the Chief Minister that the total number of employees within the department 2,019 posts There are vacancies on which the restoration process is to be taken up soon. The vacancy details are as follows:

The Chief Minister has ordered to complete the appointment process on all these posts in a transparent manner within the time limit.
No eligible beneficiary should be left out from Mainiyan Samman and Sarvajan Pension Scheme.
Reviewing the social security schemes, Hemant Soren directed the officials to compulsorily include every eligible person of the prescribed age group under the ‘Chief Minister Sarvajan Pension Yojana’. Along with this, he also inquired about the progress of the state’s very popular ‘Jharkhand Chief Minister Mainiyan Samman Yojana’. CM instructed the officials that all the women who fulfill the eligibility but are left out due to some reason, should be immediately linked to this scheme by running camps or special campaigns. He said that the priority of the government is to ensure that the benefits of development reach the last person in the society.
Model Anganwadi centers will be built in ‘mission mode’, will get freedom from rented buildings
Expressing concern over the dilapidated condition of Anganwadi centers in the state, the Chief Minister has assigned a big task to the officials. He directed that model Anganwadi centers should be developed in the entire state in ‘mission mode’.
For this, the Chief Minister has asked for effective use of CSR and DMFT funds. He ordered that the Anganwadi centers which are currently in dilapidated condition or are running in rented buildings, should be shifted to new or government buildings on priority basis. Officials told the CM that the work of shifting many rented centers to nearby government school campuses is being done at a rapid pace. The CM has asked to ensure the provision of electricity, toilets and pure drinking water in the centers of remote rural areas at all costs.
Instructions regarding nutrition tracker app and Sakhi one stop center
Officers told in the meeting that under the ‘Nutrition Campaign Scheme’, smartphones have been provided to all the Anganwadi workers. Now every day’s activities are being uploaded online through ‘Nutrition Tracker Portal’, which has made monitoring much easier.
While reviewing the ‘Sakhi One Stop Centre’, the Chief Minister said that this center should be directly linked with the local police administration to provide immediate assistance to women suffering from various types of violence. Also, a large-scale awareness campaign should be run among rural women regarding its use.
