Booking of Parikrama Mela special train starts from today, know A to Z details including location and timing in one click.

Girnar Lily Parikrama 2024: In view of the rush of passengers during the Parikrama Mela in Junagadh, Western Railway is running special trains on special fares between Veraval-Gandhigram and Junagadh-Rajkot for the convenience of the passengers. The detailed description of these trains is as follows.

1. Train No. 09556 Veraval – Gandhigram Special train departs from Veraval at 21.20 hrs and reaches Gandhigram at 8.00 hrs the next day. The train stops at Maliya Hatina, Keshod, Junagadh, Jetalsar, Veerpur, Gondal, Bhaktinagar, Rajkot, Wankaner, Thane, Surendranagar Junction, Botad, Dhandhuka, Dholka, Bavla and Sarkhej stations on its route. There are sleeper and general coaches in this train. General coaches and SLRD coaches of this train run unreserved, tickets are available from UTS counter and Superfast Mail/Express fare is charged as per rules in these coaches. This train is running daily from 08.11.2024 as per the above timings and will run till 18.11.2024.
2. Train No. 09555 Gandhigram-Veraval special train departs from Gandhigram at 10.10 am and reaches Veraval at 17.40 pm on the same day. The train stops at Sarkhej, Bavla, Dholka, Dhandhuka, Botad, Dhola, Dhasa, Lathi, Chital, Wadia Deoli, Jetalsar, Junagadh, Keshod and Maliya Hati stations on the route. This train has sleeper and general coaches. General coaches and SLRD coaches of this train run unreserved, tickets are available from UTS counter and Superfast Mail/Express fare is charged as per rules in these coaches. This train is running daily from 09.11.2024 as per the above timings and will run till 19.11.2024.
3. Train No. 09579 Rajkot-Junagarh Special train departs from Rajkot station at 10.55 am and reaches Junagadh at 13.00 pm. Similarly, Train No. 09580 Junagadh-Rajkot Special train departs from Junagadh at 13.40 hrs and reaches Rajkot at 17.05 hrs. Both the above trains stop at Bhaktinagar, Gondal, Gomta, Veerpur, Navagarh, Jetalsar and Wadal stations in both directions. It is noteworthy that both the above mentioned trains are running as completely unreserved trains and in these special trains, Superfast Mail/Express fare is charged as per rules. Both the above trains are running as per their scheduled timing from 08.11.2024 and will run daily till 18.11.2024.
