Fenugreek seeds
Fenugreek seeds are rich in fiber and antioxidants that help control blood sugar. Soak 1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds in water overnight. Eat it by chewing it in the morning or swallow it after drinking water. This will be very helpful.
cranberry
Vitamin C and antioxidants are found in Amla. These are also considered beneficial in controlling diabetes. For this, soak 2 to 3 pieces of Amla in water every night. Eat it after waking up in the morning. It also keeps sugar under control.
neem tree leaves
