Mirzapur, August 24 (HS). Divisional commissioner Dr. Muthukumar Swamy B. directed to give adverse entry for poor progress in the multi-purpose hall and other works of the medical college work being done in Mirzapur by the UP State Construction Corporation Limited Sonbhadra unit and to give an explanation for not completing the work of 50-bed multi-section hospital in Mirzapur despite having the funds. He directed the CDO to blacklist the implementing agency not doing the right work and register an FIR. The commissioner reviewed the ongoing projects costing more than one crore under the Chief Minister's Monitoring System in the office auditorium at Patharhiya on Saturday.
The commissioner expressed strong displeasure over the poor progress of the remaining water supply connections being made by the Uttar Pradesh Jal Nigam. He directed CDO Vishal Kumar to issue adverse entry to the implementing agency for the slow progress of the construction work of hostel and barracks for 100 male personnel at the Police Line Mirzapur being made by the UP Police Housing Corporation Limited. He expressed strong displeasure at the implementing agency for the poor progress of the construction work of transit hostel G-8 in the Police Line at Mirzapur.
In the work being done by the UP State Construction Corporation Vindhyachal unit, instructions were given to issue a show cause notice when the progress of the construction work of the facade treatment of the streets of Vindhyavasini Devi Temple was found to be poor.
