Himachal Pradesh chief minister of Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu Today i.e. on Sunday, attacked the central government fiercely. He said that the Modi government is using the investigative agencies to harass the leaders of the opposition. BJP people are doing politics on the strength of these agencies. In an interview given to Times Now, the CM said that with the coming of elections, the ED and the Income Tax Department get into an active mood. BJP people use these agencies to harass the opposition.

He said that the Himachal government is stable. There is no crisis of any kind on that. We formed the government after the results of the assembly elections, but the formation got delayed. Despite this, the MLAs of our party did not leave the party. CM said that we will provide a stable government. On the issue of Adani, Sukhu said that Congress government’s objection to Adani is on policy matters.

“Public interest is paramount”

He said that we have clearly told Adani that public interest is paramount for us. The CM said that Rahul Gandhi is raising the issues of the common man before the Centre. And fighting for the people.

Important role of opposition in democracy

He said that at one time the BJP had only two seats. Opposition has a special role in a democracy. Rahul Gandhi is playing that role very well. He is constantly questioning the ruling party by becoming the voice of the people.

At the same time, the politics got heated again due to the speech given by Rahul during the Bharat Jodo Yatra. In this matter, a team of Delhi Police reached his house to inquire. But instead of answering, there is a demand for a few days’ time. According to the media report, Rahul has given a written answer in four pages to the police.
