Ghaziabad, 30 November (Hindustan Reporter). After the completion of the active membership campaign in the organization festival of Bharatiya Janata Party, a district metropolitan workshop was organized on Friday at ITS College, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad to review the organizational elections and further guidelines. Ghaziabad Chief Electoral Officer Siddharth Nath Singh arrived as the keynote speaker in the workshop.
He started the program by lighting the lamp. Newly elected MLA Sanjeev Sharma, while giving the presidential introduction, said that all the expected works related to the organization festival in the metropolis have almost been completed. Membership campaigns and other organizational tasks have been successfully executed from time to time. BJP Metropolitan Ghaziabad has almost completed the formation process at more than 2100 booths for the upcoming election process under Sangathan Parv.
Chief speaker Siddharth Nath Singh said in his address that this time BJP has also fixed the age limit with the aim of giving importance to the youth in the organization. Ghaziabad will get its president in December and Uttar Pradesh will get its next state president of BJP in the new year. It seems as if the election exercise of the organization has started in BJP through the workshop.
It has been decided in the meeting that all the booth committees will be formed by December 1. After this, there will be election of Mandal and District Presidents, then somewhere the names of the new District Metropolitan President and State President will be approved. Along with creating caste balance in the new organization of BJP, there is a strategy to create a strong social engineering.
He said that in order to give importance to the youth in the organization, the BJP top leadership has decided to fix the age limit of the Mandal President between 35 to 45 years and the age of the District President between 45 to 60 years. In such a situation, it is clear that BJP will not appoint people above 45 years of age as Mandal President, nor will it hand over the command of District Metropolitan President to those above 60 years of age.
Senior BJP leader Baldev Raj Sharma, former mayor Ashu Verma, former president Sardar SP Singh, Dr. Vireshwar Tyagi, regional vice president Mayank Goyal, regional minister Ajay Sharma, general secretary Pappu Pehalwan, Gopal Aggarwal, Sushil Gautam, Rajesh Tyagi, block chief Rajiv were present in the meeting. All the divisional presidents including Tyagi were prominently present.
