The police have registered a complaint and started investigation against the doctors and managers of a famous hospital in Gujarat who took the lives of two people and were playing with people’s lives in the name of a health camp. In this case, Ahmedabad Crime Branch has started investigation against hospital CEO Rahul Jain and marketing manager Milind Patel.

Preliminary investigation revealed that they camped in 13 different villages for a few days and searched for victims. At present the number of people undergoing angioplasty is being investigated. Six teams of three police inspectors of the crime branch are busy taking statements of the hospital staff and the victims of this scam.

Many scams of Chirag Rajput came to light

Many scams of Chirag Rajput, who escaped after dodging the police, have also come to light in the investigation. Only Ayushman card and PMJAY card holders were targeted by Khyati Hospital. 13 such card holders from Borisana village were brought to Ahmedabad and their angiography was done. Seven healthy people also underwent angiography after they were told they had 80-90 per cent blockage and 75-year-old Nagar Sanma and 52-year-old Mahesh Barode lost their lives.

During the investigation in the famous hospital, the police examined all the files and found the original files of the patients’ treatment. The crime branch raided six locations and seized 15 computers with data storage. However, it will be known only after investigation whether there is still data left in it or not.

These things came to light in the investigation

In this case, it has also come to light that the data of the patients was purchased by the famous hospital. In which all the information like age, gender and medical history of the patients was included. Some villages were targeted with the help of illegally obtained data. A health checkup camp was organized there. Health data collected from patients in these camps was then sold to commercial health care and medical companies. This means it is a double violation of privacy.

These matters came to light during interrogation of the hospital staff

Patients who have undergone angiography and angioplasty. The police have also claimed to have collected their data. Many things have come to light during the interrogation of the hospital staff and after obtaining information about the hospital CEO Rahul Jain, investigation has been started against him also. The entire team of Marketing Manager Milind Patel was working on branding the hospital and finding the victims. Due to which investigation has also been started against him.

Lookout circular issued

On the other hand, the police also interrogated the arrested Dr. Vazirani and gathered a lot of information. On the basis of which many shocking revelations have been made. A lookout circular has been issued to prevent Dr. Kartik Patel, who has gone to Australia, from escaping anywhere else. Apart from this, lookout circular has also been issued against all other doctors Sanjay Mulji Patolia, Chirag Harisingh Rajput and Rajshree Pradeep Kothari.

It is noteworthy that in the name of electing the government, renowned hospitals do angioplasty on any person, whether he needs it or not. For this, remote villages were targeted. Camps were organized there and for these camps, village sarpanches or influential people were contacted and they were also given 10 to 20 percent commission. At present the police have registered three FIRs against the hospital officials.

Documents revealed in crime branch investigation

Records of patients undergoing angioplasty in a reputed hospital were mostly raw documents so that they could be manipulated at any time. A big reason for this is that the names of many patients are also fake. Apart from this, many times, even if there was no problem, patients were treated by adding someone else’s report along with their name.
