Now this case will be heard in the Supreme Court of Canada on February 11. In fact, due to lack of evidence, the Canadian police did not appear in the lower court, after which the Supreme Court stayed the proceedings and acquitted all four accused.

Canadian police also did not appear in the Hardeep Singh Nijjar murder case where the Canadian Prime Minister had made serious allegations against India. Whereas a charge sheet was filed in the court against four alleged murderers Karan Brar, Amandeep Singh, Kamalpreet Singh and Karanpreet Singh.

Why did all four accused get bail?

According to Canadian government documents, when the police did not appear in court, the accused appealed the case to the Supreme Court.
