Washington, July 15 (HS). US President Joe Biden has said, “Security officials have warned of the risk of violence in the election year. This is the time to remain calm. Work should be done peacefully in a democratic system.” He made this very important comment in the prime time address after the murderous attack on former President Donald Trump. Trump has been injured by bullet in this attack.
He has said that we debate and disagree. We also compare the character, record, issues, agenda and vision of the candidates. We resort to votes, not bullets. The power to change America should always be in the hands of ordinary people, not in the hands of potential assassins. He described America as the greatest country on earth.
According to The New York Times report, former President Trump has reached Milwaukee for the Republican National Convention a day after being shot. Biden will again begin his election campaign this week. It is noteworthy that Donald Trump was attacked on Saturday night in Butler city of Pennsylvania state. He was addressing a rally. The bullet passed through former President Trump's ear. Seeing this, Secret Service agents surrounded him.
The shooter was then killed by Secret Service snipers. The FBI has identified the attacker as Thomas Matthew Crooks. Crooks was a member of the Clairton Sportsman Club. This club has a 200-yard rifle range facility in the southern hills of Pittsburgh. Investigators have said that they are trying to find out where he trained to shoot.
