Uganda launches new jersey with 20 per cent change

Uganda chose this jersey after a competition organized by the country's cricket federation. The competition ended with the winning design of Elijah Mangeni, which was inspired by the country's national bird, the 'Grey Crowned' Crane. The ICC banned this jersey and said that the design of the feathers on the arms should be removed and the sponsor logo should be highlighted more. The ICC said that the design of the handmade feathers should be changed. Now the feathers on the arms have been removed from the new jersey made by Uganda. This new jersey has a feather design. The Uganda Cricket Board said that the new jersey has been made with 20 percent change compared to the old jersey.
