The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has released the list of bank holidays (Bank Holidays 2024) for the year 2024. Under which there are many holidays in banks in the month of February. Like every month, this month too there are going to be bank holidays for several days. RBI has released the list of bank holidays at the national level. Apart from Saturday and Sunday holidays, it also includes many festive holidays in different states.
According to the information given on the official website of RBI, banks will remain closed for 11 days out of 29 days in the month of February. During this period you will not be able to do any work related to banking.

Weekly holidays of banks in February 2024-
- 18 February 2024: Banks will remain closed across the country on Sunday.
- 24 February 2024: Banks will remain closed across the country due to the fourth Saturday of the month.
- 25 February 2024: Banks will remain closed across the country on Sunday.
Apart from this, banks are going to remain closed for several days at the state level in the country in February on the occasion of various festivals including Saraswati Puja, Chhatrapati Shivaji Jayanti.
- 19 February 2024: Banks will remain closed in Maharashtra due to Chhatrapati Shivaji Jayanti.
- 20 February 2024: Banks will remain closed in Aizawl and Itanagar on the occasion of Statehood Day.
- 26 February 2024: Banks will remain closed in Itanagar on the day of Nayokum.
Let us tell you that during bank holidays (Banks Closed in February), you will not be able to do banking related work just by going to the branch. However, online, UPI, mobile banking and ATM services will continue to operate without any interruption as they are affected by bank holidays.
