Bank Customer Alert! Kotak Bank debit card services will not be available on March 16 and March 20

Bank debit card services closed: Private sector Kotak Mahindra Bank has issued an alert message for customers. In this message the bank has said that its debit card services will not be available for some time.

When will the problem occur: “You are informed that the bank's systems will undergo maintenance activity from 01.00 am to 03.30 am on March 16 and March 20, 2024,” Kotak Bank said in an email to customers. During this period, Kotak Bank Debit Card services will be temporarily unavailable. This includes services of ATM, POS, ECOM, QR, payment tokenization, cardless cash withdrawal, PIN authentication and PIN generation, blocking or unblocking of cards, card control – transaction amount limit modification and activation or deactivation.
