Some of Hasan’s objectionable posts are from 2014 when he was playing junior cricket.

In one such post, 20-year-old Hasan wrote that if a married woman goes out to work, she loses her attractiveness and it also has a devastating effect on her family.

Hasan posted on Facebook in 2022, “A working woman will not allow her husband or children to accompany her; She loses her charm, destroys her family, her screen and society.”

In another post, the Bangladeshi fast bowler had written, “If you marry a girl who is openly socializing in university, you can’t make her raise your child the way a mother should.” Needed.”

Hasan was 11 years old in 2014 when he posted about not celebrating Bangladesh’s Victory Day on December 16.

Amid the controversy surrounding his post, BCB director Jalal Yunus said Bangladesh’s apex cricket body will be monitoring his social media activities in the coming days. He said that the young fast bowler has also received an official warning.

“We will monitor him,” Younis was quoted as saying by ESPNcricinfo. His family is also worried. He did not expect such a situation. He too is sorry. We have warned him because he is a young player and the World Cup is ahead. If he does something like this again, we will take action against him.”

Younis revealed that the BCB questioned the young player over his misogynistic comments, to which Hasan said that he did it to hurt someone’s sentiments.

Younis said, “The Cricket Steering Committee spoke to Tanzeem on behalf of the Bangladesh Cricket Board. The media committee also contacted him. We informed Tanzeem about the discussions surrounding their Facebook post. He said that he had not written that post to hurt anyone. , He wrote it for himself, not to target anyone. If anyone’s sentiments have been hurt by those posts, we are sorry.”

Yunus said, “We will keep an eye on him. His family is also worried. He did not expect such a situation. He also regrets these posts. We have warned him because he is a young player and the World Cup is around the corner.
