Under the order issued, the amount of petrol allowance will be provided to the employees every month.
Petrol allowance will be Rs 1635 per month
Petrol allowance of Rs 1635 per month is to be given to constable to sub inspector level employees working in Madhya Pradesh. Its orders have also been issued by the Home Department. The current equivalent amount of 15 liters of petrol will be reimbursed on 1st April every year.
Let us tell you that Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan had made an important announcement in the Police Parivar Samagam. While giving important benefits to the officer employees, he had said that 15 liters of petrol allowance will be provided to the officers every month. According to the departmental order, only policemen working against the sanctioned post in the police station will be eligible for petrol allowance. Separate arrangements will be made for this in the supplementary budget.

Apart from petrol allowance, nutritious food allowance will also be given to non-gazetted officers from constable to inspector level. They will now get an allowance of Rs 1,000 instead of Rs 650 per month. Along with this, the uniform renewal grant given to officers from ASI to Inspector level in 3 years has been increased from Rs 500 to Rs 2500.
The amount of annual uniform allowance given to constables and head constables has been increased from Rs 2500 and Rs 3000 to Rs 5000. In such a situation, along with the increase in allowances, there will be a big increase in the salary of policemen. He may see an increase of up to Rs 5000 in his salary.
