New Delhi: Actress Alia Bhatt, who recently returned to Mumbai from a long, relaxing family vacation in New York with her husband Ranbir Kapoor and daughter Raha Kapoor, was seen attending her bestie Akansha Ranjan Kapoor’s birthday celebrations. The party was held at a Japanese restaurant in Mumbai on Sunday night and was attended by many popular names from the film industry. Alia attended the birthday party with her sister Shaheen Bhatt. Many Bollywood divas like Malaika Arora, Athiya Shetty and others also attended the event.
When Alia was seen looking very beautiful in a blue fringe detailed mini dress at the event, she attracted everyone’s attention. This outfit came with a plunging neckline and full sleeves. The ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ actress styled her hair in soft curls, dewy makeup and nude heels. To highlight her look, she wore some rings and was seen happily posing for the shutterbugs.

The Shetty siblings also posed for the shutterbugs before heading inside the venue.

Talking about Alia’s work, the actress has received the National Award this year for her brilliant performance in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s biographical crime drama ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’. She was last seen in ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’. This romantic-drama was loved by fans and proved to be a box office hit. Dharmendra, Shabana Azmi, Jaya Bachchan and others were also seen in the family. The film is now available on OTT. The OTT version of the film also includes an additional 10 minutes that were cut from the theatrical version due to time constraints.
