During the visit, President Mohammad Muizzu attended a luncheon hosted by the President of India Dwaupadi Murmu in honour of the guests.
India-Maldives relations will be strengthened
The statement said that the two presidents also held a meeting in which they discussed strengthening bilateral cooperation between Maldives and India. It said that Indian President Murmu wished the new government and people of Maldives. Murmu expressed confidence that the government led by Muizzu will take the island nation on the path of prosperity and development.
