There are warning signs of a catastrophe on Earth. This is being said after the collapse of two pyramids used by an ancient tribe in Mexico for human sacrifice. It is said that the collapse of the pyramids was a 'supernatural sign of impending doom'. According to a report in the New York Post, descendants of the local tribes who built the pyramids fear a major natural disaster after one of the two Jodaka pyramids collapsed due to devastating rains.

Pictures show a section of the pyramid collapsing after heavy rains on July 30. One of its sides has been washed away by the rain. The pyramids were built by the ancestors of the modern Puerpecha people, a killer tribe that defeated the Aztecs. Historians say the ancient Puerpecha tribe used the Yacata pyramid to offer human sacrifices to their most important god, Kurikaweri. The Yacata pyramid is found in the archaeological site of Ihuatzio in the state of Michoacán.

A man belonging to the Puerpecha tribe said that according to their old traditions, storm damage to the pyramids could indicate imminent destruction. He said it was a bad omen for our ancestors who built it, indicating that a major cataclysmic event was near. Notably, the Puerpecha tribe defeated the Aztecs and ruled Mexico for 400 years before the Spanish invasion in 1519.

The Ihuatzio archaeological site in Mexico was occupied by the Purepecha tribe before the arrival of the Aztecs and then by Spanish invaders before 900 AD. The Mexican National Institute for Anthropology and History (INAH) released a statement on Wednesday. It said that part of the southern part of one of the pyramid bases at the Ihuatzio archaeological site collapsed on Tuesday night. This was caused by heavy rains in the basin of the Purepecha Lake. On the morning of July 30, workers went to the site to assess the damage. Efforts are being made to repair it.
