Actually, the story of this whole case starts like this. The victim lives in a housing society in a posh area of Mumbai. She is 47 years old. In the year 2017, a 54-year-old man came to live on the same floor with his wife and two children. Around 2019, both the families became friends.
Then this friendship turned into a relationship. The woman and the neighbour started talking on the phone. Then one day the neighbour called the woman and said that his wife and children were not at home, come over. She went to the neighbour's house. It was here that they had physical relations. Then whenever there was no one at his home, they started meeting. They started having physical relations. This was going on for about five years.
