Kushinagar unit of Sanskar Bharti started preparations for Bal Gokulam | News India

Kushinagar, September 4 (HS). Sanskar Bharti, an all India organisation of cultural importance, will organise a Bal Gokulam programme on September 8 at the Shri Ram Janaki Math premises in the city. This programme is organised every year on the occasion of Sri Krishna Janmashtami. On Wednesday, a meeting was held at the organisation's camp office and responsibilities were distributed among the officials. District President Dr Anil Kumar Sinha presented the outline of the Bal Gokulam programme. He said that Bal Gokulam is a major festival among the six major festivals of Sanskar Bharti.

He told that in the program, a glimpse of the performance of small children dressed as the child form of Shri Krishna can be seen on the stage. Schools and citizens have been contacted for the grand and attractive program. Children from one to four years of age in the Shishu category and four to ten years of age in the Tarun category will participate in Bal Gokulam. The children will perform in different groups. The jury will select the participants for the first, second and third place and will give them special prizes. The remaining participants will be given consolation prizes. Various cultural programs will also be presented by the children. Institution patron former MLA Rajnikant Mani Tripathi said that the institution works to preserve the various dimensions of Indian culture. Culture, folk traditions will have to be kept alive and taken forward together, only then we will be able to make India a world leader. Gorakh Pradesh patron Dr. Sharad Mani Tripathi said that Kushinagar unit is performing best and is in the first place in the province. Patron former District Judge Santosh Kumar Srivastava gave special suggestions regarding the event. In the meeting, Alok Kumar Srivastava, Ashok Jain, Ashok Kumar, Umesh Chandra Gupta alias Kunnu, Vandana Madheshiya, Pradeep Kumar Rai, Viresh Rai, Suresh Gupta, councilor Rajesh Madheshiya, Arun Kumar Rai, Dr. DN Tripathi etc. were given responsibilities.
