New Delhi: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the notification for this year's edition of the examination conducted annually for direct recruitment to the declared posts of Sub-Inspectors in Delhi Police and various Central Armed Forces (CAPFs). According to the SI Exam (SSC SI Exam 2024) notification released by the Commission on Monday, March 4, a total of 4187 sub-inspectors are to be recruited in Delhi Police and CAPFs. These CAPFs include BSF, CISF, CRPF, ITBP and SSB.
SSC SI Exam 2024: Application process started
With the release of the notification by SSC for Sub-Inspector Recruitment Examination (SSC SI Exam 2024) for Delhi Police and CAPF, the application process has also started. Candidates possessing the prescribed qualifications can submit their applications till the declared last date 28 March 2024. To apply, candidates should visit the official website of the Commission, ssc.gov.in. The application fee is Rs 100, which has to be paid at the time of application.
SSC SI Exam 2024: Know eligibility before applying
However, candidates must know the prescribed eligibility criteria before applying for the Staff Selection Commission Sub Inspector Exam. As per the notification released by SSC, candidates should be graduate in any discipline from a recognized university and age should not be less than 20 years and not more than 25 years as on August 1, 2024. Reserved category candidates will be given relaxation in maximum age as per the rules of the Central Government.
