Whale believed to be a Russian spy found dead in Norwegian waters | News India

Helsinki, September 2 (HS). A whale believed to be a Russian spy has been found dead in Norwegian waters. For the first time, a white beluga whale named “Hvaldimir” was seen with equipment in Norway near Russian waters. It was believed that it was a Russian spy.

The whale's carcass was found floating on Saturday by a father and son fishing in the Risvika Bay in southern Norway, Norwegian public broadcaster NRK reported. The whale was named after the Norwegian word “Hval” and Russian President Putin's first name, Vladimir. The whale's carcass was lifted out of the water by a crane and taken to a nearby port where it will be examined by experts.
