Axe Ban in Brazil : There has been a dispute going on between Elon Musk and Brazil for the last few months. Taking action on this, Brazil has banned the X social media platform. This ban has been implemented by the judge of the Brazilian Supreme Court. Now users will be fined Rs 7.5 lakh per day for accessing X through VPN.
In April this year, a Brazilian court banned several social media accounts of X. He was accused of spreading false information. Due to which Elon Musk closed his office in Brazil. According to Brazil, there will be a complete ban on X until he complies with all court orders and pays the fine.
More than 22 million people use X in Brazil. However, Brazil is not the country where X was banned. It has been banned in China, Iraq, North Korea and Russia before this.
