Delhi's Kejriwal government has presented a budget of Rs 76,000 crore in the Assembly for the year 2024-25. This budget of Kejriwal government was presented in the House by Finance Minister of Delhi Government Atishi.

The Kejriwal government has focused on welfare schemes in medical, education, women and other sectors in the Rs 76,000 crore budget for the financial year 2024-25.

In this budget of Finance Minister Atishi, Kejriwal government has given a big gift to the women and daughters of Delhi. The Kejriwal government will provide Rs 1,000 per month to every woman aged 18 years and above under the Mukhyamantri Mahila Samman Yojana.

Apart from this, the Kejriwal government, which is focusing on the health sector after coming to power in Delhi, has also paid special attention to the health sector in this year's budget. The Delhi government has allocated Rs 8,685 crore for the health sector in the 2015 budget.

The Kejriwal government is known for its excellent education system and high standards of education in government schools. In this budget also, Delhi government has paid special attention to the education sector. Rs 16,396 crore has been allocated for the education sector.

The Finance Minister said in his budget speech that saving a person's life is also Ram Rajya. He said that a few years ago people in Delhi were afraid of helping accident victims, but the Kejriwal government started the Farishte Delhi scheme, in which the Delhi government bears the expenses of the treatment of accident victims. He said that under this the government has saved the lives of 22,000 people.

Referring to various policies and initiatives of the Kejriwal government in Delhi for the welfare of the people of Delhi, the Finance Minister claimed that there have been massive changes from 2014 to 2024. Along with this, Atishi cited the growing economy, doubling of per capita income, schools for children, infrastructure and free medical treatment for the poor.
