WHO recently conducted a survey of 42 countries in Europe and the Middle East. Which included 2,42,000 adolescents aged 15 years. According to the questions asked to them, the number of boys who used condoms the last time they had sex decreased from 70% in 2014 to 61% in 2022.
WHO Europe Director Hans Kluge says that even today sex education is not being provided in many European countries. Due to lack of education about the dangers and harms of unsafe sex, young people are having sex without condoms, which is also increasing the problem.
