India was ranked most dangerous on three issues – sexual violence and harassment against women, risks from cultural and traditional practices, and risks from human trafficking for sexual exploitation, risks from forced sexual abuse.

Syria – After seven years of civil war, Syria ranks third in terms of sexual abuse of women. It is considered the second most dangerous country for women in terms of access to health care and non-sexual violence

This includes domestic abuse as well as conflict-related violence. It ranks third, along with the United States, in terms of the risk of sexual violence against women.

Somalia- It is ranked fourth for being involved in conflict since 1991. It is ranked as the third most dangerous country for women in terms of access to health care and exposing them to harmful cultural and traditional practices. It is ranked as the fifth worst country for women's access to economic resources.

Saudi Arabia – Saudi Arabia comes in at number five on the list, but the conservative kingdom was ranked the second most dangerous country for women in terms of economic access and discrimination, including in the workplace and property rights. The country ranks fifth in terms of threats to women due to cultural and religious practices.
